Yoga is a healing system of theory and practice. It helps us find the calm in our busy lives. Whilst improving flexibility, strength and muscle tone, along with pain prevention and a focus on breathing, Yoga really does have amazing benefits for the mind, body and soul.
The class is open to all abilities, including beginners. Bring your mat and enjoy!
Tuesdays, 9:15-10am & 6:45-7:45pm, Thursday 7am-7:45am, The East Grinstead Sports Club, RH19 4JU. Free car parking available on site.

This fun and calming class helps preschool aged children build confidence and coordination. They will also learn relaxation skills, enjoy movement in a playful and supportive environment. Perfect for helping little ones develop balance in both body and mind.

Treat yourself to a bespoke 1:1 Yoga session or a 2:1 with a friend or partner. The relaxing yet active sessions will help to unwind, de-stress, and focus your thoughts, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
Whether you are a beginner, want to deepen your practice or recovering from an injury or illness. The sessions can be tailored for back pain, aim to enhance mindfulness, improve flexibility, gain confidence in your practice or simply revel in relaxation.
Sessions can also be tailored for pregnancy, chair Yoga, family or special occasions like hen dos, baby showers and more!
Sessions start from £30. Discount offered when multiple are booked in advance.

Bespoke Yoga Sessions
Bespoke and accessible Yoga sessions for you, your team mates, students, clients and/or colleagues.
The sessions can be done at any venue including schools, colleges, workplaces/office, hotels, gyms, sport halls and clubs - martial art, dance, cycle, cricket, running.
The personalised sessions can be tailored to the groups age, abilities and educational topic or training needs.
It can be floor based on a mat or in a chair at a desk. Yoga can be done indoors or outdoors, at corporate events, fairs and at Scouts and Girl Guides meetings - just about anywhere!

Yoga for Special Occasions
Baby shower - a bespoke session, at a venue or at your home, for a Mum to be and her family and friends. The session can be fun whilst be a great way to get together, relax and connect with bump.
Birthday (adult & children) - a fun and relaxed way to celebrate a birthday. It can be at home or in a venue. A great way to start or end the special day.
Hen Do - A bespoke session for the Bride to be and their family and friends. The session can be a relaxed way to mark the occasion.
Pamper Parties - add a bespoke relaxing Yoga session to a pamper evening/party for any occasion, at home or at a venue.
